The hottest seasons has a summer in where temperature become very high.People are like to visit beach and picnics in that season.How to you make diet plab during summer.
1. Eat a quality fruits :
You must eat fruits like mango,papaya,watermelon,pineapple, and strawberries in the summer.
2. Vegetables :
We are need to add vegetables in our diet like Tomatoes,cucumber,Brinjals,Bitter Gourd and Grean beans.
3. Drink more water :
Water is need to take more during the summer.You must drink more water to avoid dehydration. Your body can cool deu to only water in that hot season.
Coconut water and fruits juice must be preferable during the summer.
