The term 'satyagraha' was coined by mahatma Gandhi in South Africa to express the truth.It includes truth,nonviolence,non- stealing,chastity,toletrance,fearlessness and non-possession. Satyagraha is a search for truth and a determination to teach truth through nonviolent means.
Satyagahi is a fearless person as per Gandhi.He will ne submit to any arbitray action.Practice it is evolving science.According to Gandhi, it ia a philosophy of life as well as practicable in every situation.Fasting is the most potent form of satyagraha.It is self -inflicted and highest expression of the prayer of pure and loving heart.That satyagrahi would adop satyagraha as a weapon and insist on truth being eatablished.
