Healthy lifestyle

At the present time ,lifestyle of the people are changing so fast. They are eating fast foods and live without the physical exercise. It has an affected on their life span as well as the health. Therefor public awerness is needed to overcome that unhealthy lifestyle. Some advice from me,these are :
1. eating at home as for as possible.
2. Go for gim or ground for walking and runing.
3. sleep properly.
4. be mentelly tuff in the all situation.
5. avoid west of time.
6. avoid bike or car to the near place
7. Physical exercise at early morning or practice yoga to maintain good health.
8. Maintain the true friends to enjoy a healthy life.

9. Avoid to take a junk food
